9U-10U Transition Soccer

(Friday Night In-House League)

About Transition Soccer

Our 9U/10U soccer teams will consist of a mix of boy & girl players from various schools across Jefferson County.   We will form for the 2024 fall season, besides Coed teams from Fort Atkinson, also in-house teams from Lake Mills.  The in-house teams from Lake Mills will practice in Lake Mills and the Fort teams will practice Fort Atkinson at Luther Elementary.  All 9/10U Transition league games are played in-house at our fields by Luther Elementary. We will attempt to form balanced teams based on age, gender, and prior soccer experience.  We work with our 9U/10U players to solidify basic skills and rules such as throw-in's, proper passing and shooting techniques,  off sides, corner kicks, goal kicks and start to focus on spacing, communication and soccer shapes to better prepare them for travel soccer.  Pricing information can be found on our registration page registration page along with registration deadlines.  We hold two transition soccer sessions each year. (Fall and Spring)

9U-10U Travel Soccer

About 9/10U Travel Soccer

Our traveling soccer program is open to both boys and girls.  Teams are composed of boys and/or girls of 2 consecutive birth years (2015 and 2016). The number of teams of various age groups depends on the number of kids who come out for the season. Boys and girls on travel typically play on separate teams, but can also play on Coed teams. We plan to offer the following travel teams:

Teams are formed in late June, following registration of players for the upcoming season.  Teams play with 7 kids on the field. Rosters of 12 - 14 are ideal to allow for subs.  This program gives children the opportunity to improve their soccer skills by competing against teams of the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association (MAYSA) of the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA).

Players that register for a travel team will play fall and spring during the 2024/2025 season.  They are automatically registered for the in-house league in fall and spring.

Games for travel soccer are typically played on Saturdays and/or Sundays
