Jefferson County United Soccer Club is a volunteer organization. Our club relies highly on parent volunteers from Administration, Serving at the Concession Stand to Coaching.

Every parent is expected to volunteer, whether or not a volunteer fee is charged. 

Starting from Transition Soccer (9/10U) through 11U-19U, a $30 volunteer fee is charged for both the fall and spring seasons, totaling $60. This fee can be earned back by volunteering two hours per season (four hours total for both fall and spring). Once earned, the fee will be reimbursed as a credit toward the following season.

While assistant coaches and team managers typically volunteer more than two hours per season (four hours total for fall and spring), the maximum that can be earned back is the volunteer fee.

Head coaches of travel teams and board members who serve for an entire year (fall and spring) can also earn back the registration fees for one child in the form of a credit for the following season, in addition to the volunteer fees. This does not include uniforms.
